REGOLAMENTO

Partecipazione :  OM e SWL italiani e stranieri

Periodo : Dalle ore 00.00 UTC di Venerdì 2 Novembre 2012 alle 23.59 UTC di Domenica 18 Novembre 2012

Bande :  20, 40 e 80 metri

Modi :  SSB, CW, RTTY

Collegamenti : Si devono collegare le stazioni accreditate della Sezione ARI di Albino. La stessa stazione può essere collegata più volte ma in date differenti oppure nello stesso giorno ma in  bande e/o modi diversi. La lista completa delle stazioni accreditate si trova sul presente sito nella sezione dedicata alle stazioni accreditate.

Punteggi : 

• QSO in SSB : i collegamenti o ascolti con la stazione Jolly (II2KVU) valgono 5 punti; i collegamenti o ascolti con la stazione di Sezione (IQ2CP) valgono 3 punti; tutti gli altri collegamenti o ascolti valgono 1 punto.
• QSO in CW e RTTY : i collegamenti o ascolti con la stazione Jolly (II2KVU) valgono 6 punti; i collegamenti o ascolti con la stazione di Sezione (IQ2CP) valgono 4 punti; tutti gli altri collegamenti o ascolti valgono 2 punti.
• QSO con stazione commemorativa : Verrà attivata una stazione commemorativa con nominativo II2TRA; tutti i collegamenti o ascolti con la suddetta stazione, indipendentemente dal modo, valgono 10 punti. Verrà attribuita in questo caso numerazione log distinta per modo operativo ovvero potrete ricevere ad esempio in Cw log n.3 in Rtty log n.1 e in Ssb log n. 10.

I giorni e gli orari di attivazione della stazione commemorativa saranno resi pubblici entro la data di inizio del diploma su questo sito e sul sito www.arialbino.it collegato al presente sito del diploma.

Rapporti : La stazione Jolly (II2KVU), la stazione di Sezione (IQ2CP), la stazione commemorativa (II2TRA) e le stazioni accreditate passeranno l’RS(T) seguito dal numero progressivo di QSO.

Conseguimento Diploma : Il diploma verrà rilasciato su richiesta a coloro che avranno raggiunto il seguente punteggio:

• Per le stazioni italiane saranno necessari 20 punti o 15 HRD (ascolti).
• Per le stazioni europee saranno necessari 15 punti o 10 HRD (ascolti).
• Per le stazioni extraeuropee saranno necessari 10 punti o 8 HRD (ascolti). 

Documentazione richiesta : Tutte le richieste per il diploma dovranno pervenire entro il 31.12.2012 in formato cartaceo spedendo la documentazione a Sezione ARI Albino – Award manager P.O. BOX 63 24021 Albino (BG) – ITALY oppure via eMail (con allegato log in formato testo e attestato del versamento) all’indirizzo diploma@arialbino.it e dovranno contenere:

• estratto del log in formato cartaceo o elettronico (file di testo) riportando i propri dati (Nome, Cognome e indirizzo completo) e i dati relativi ai QSO effettuati, ovvero data, ora (gmt), banda, modo, stazione collegata, rapporto ricevuto ( RS(T) ricevuto e trasmesso + numero progressivo ).
• la somma in contanti di 10 euro oppure 15 dollari Usa (non sono ammessi IRC e valori bollati)
• in alternativa attestato di pagamento, cartaceo o elettronico come allegato all'eMail, da effettuarsi tramite:
  - Ricarica carta Poste Pay - nr 4023 6004 5295 5802 intestata a Puppi Giorgio
  - On-line mediante Carta di Credito o conto Paypal per l'importo complessivo di 12 euro oppure 17 dollari Usa (comprensivo delle commissioni bancarie) utilizzando il relativo pulsante presente in Home Page o la voce di Menù del sito Paga on-line

Invio Diploma : Il diploma verrà inviato a mezzo posta oppure come allegato e-mail in formato PDF (specificare nella richiesta il tipo di invio scelto).

Nel caso in cui non sarà specificato il tipo di invio, il diploma sarà spedito a mezzo posta.

QSL : A tutti i partecipanti iscritti all’A.R.I. verrà inviata una QSL commemorativa via bureau o in alternativa via diretta facendone richiesta tramite busta preaffrancata e preindirizzata.

Committee : L’organizzazione del diploma è affidata al C.D. della Sezione A.R.I. di Albino e qualsiasi decisione sarà inappellabile.

AWARD RULES

Partecipation :  OM and SWL all over the world

Date and Time :  From 00.00 UTC November 2 (Friday) to 24.00 UTC November 18, 2012 (Sunday).

Bands :  20, 40 e 80 meters.

Mode :  SSB, CW, RTTY

QSO : Need to connect the accredited stations of A.R.I. – Branch of Albino. The same station can be connected several times but at a different day or the same day but in different bands or modes.

Score : 

• SSB QSO :QSO/HRD with “ jolly” station II2KVU counts 5 points. QSO/HRD with head quarter station IQ2CP counts 3 points. QSO/HRD with members of ARI – Branch of Albino counts 1 point.
• CW and RTTY QSO : QSO/HRD with “ jolly” station II2KVU counts 6 points. QSO/HRD with head quarter station IQ2CP counts 4 points. QSO/HRD with members of ARI – Branch of Albino counts 2 points
• QSO with commemorative station : QSO/HRD with commemorative station II2TRA counts 10 points regardless of mode. You may receive different log numbers regardless of opetating mode for example log n. 3 for Cw, log n. 1 for Rtty and log n. 10 for Ssb.

On this website or on www.arialbino.it website will be announced the date of activation of the commemorative station.

Exchange : The station II2KVU, the station IQ2CP, the commemorative station II2TRA and all the accredited stations will send RS(T) and progressive QSO number. All the other stations will send RS(T) only.

For having it : The award will be issued only on request to those who have achieved the following scores:

• Italian stations : 20 points (15 HRD for SWL). 
• European stations: 15 points (10 HRD for SWL).
• Outside Europe stations: 10 points (8 HRD for SWL).

Required documents : All the requests must be received by December 31, 2012, by Mail to Sezione ARI Albino – Award managerP.O. BOX 6324021 Albino (BG) – ITALY or via e-mail (with attached log in txt format and copy of payment) at the address diploma@arialbino.it, including:

• Printed log or electronic file (txt file) with all your references (Call, Name, Surname and address) with the details of the QSOs as: Date, time(UTC), band, mode, station contacted, RS(T) sent, RS(T) received, progressive number received.
• the amount of 10 euros or 15 usd (are NOT accepted IRC or stamps).
• or you can pay via Credit Card or PayPal  the amount of 12 euros or 17 usd (with transaction fees) using the specific option in the Home Page or the website Menu option Pay on-line. 

Sending the Award : The award will be sent by mail or, preferably, by electronic e-mail in PDF format. Please let us know if you like this. In case of no instruction will be sent by regular mail.

QSL : Via direct with SASE (include 2 euros or 2 usd for postal rate) or via bureau.
